1. Who we are

EnglishAcer(“we”, “us”) operates an online English language programme for students in India. Parents/guardians are account holders and decision-makers.

2. Data we collect

• Parent: name, email, phone, payment records
• Student: name, age, class, school (minimal data necessary for program delivery)
• Usage: session attendance, trial bookings, communications

2. Purpose

We use data to deliver classes, process payments, send session reminders, and improve the program. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Children's data

Students under 18 require verifiable parent consent at registration. We collect only data necessary for educational delivery. See our Child Safety Policy.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Cohort fees are collected via UPI; we do not store card details. A payment gateway may be added later.

5. Your rights (DPDP-aligned)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@englishacer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
