1. Agreement

By registering on EnglishAcer, parents agree to these terms on behalf of themselves and their enrolled children.

2. Service

EnglishAcer provides live online English language sessions in batch format. Schedule, capacity, and pricing are published on the website and may vary by cohort.

3. Account responsibilities

Parents must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and ensure students attend sessions with appropriate device and internet connectivity.

4. Payment

Cohort fees are due at enrollment unless otherwise stated. Payments are currently accepted via UPI (QR code / UPI ID shown in the parent dashboard after you choose a cohort). We confirm transfers manually and activate your seat, usually within 24 hours. A payment gateway may be added later. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including a 100% money-back Satisfaction Guarantee for the first month (Sessions 1–4).

5. Conduct

Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from sessions without refund. Batch sessions only — no unsupervised 1:1 video for minors.

6. Intellectual property

Curriculum materials are owned by EnglishAcer. Recording sessions requires explicit opt-in and admin approval.

7. Limitation of liability

EnglishAcer is an enrichment program, not a certified educational institution. Outcomes depend on student participation.
